Welcome! Let me share a little about myself and my journey so far.
I’m the daughter of two loving, hardworking parents who shaped who I am today, and I’ll always be grateful to them. My goal is to honor them and make them proud. I pray my mother has all she needs to continue her servant leadership, and I hope my father is proud of how I’ve overcome challenges. Though he’s no longer with us, I feel his presence watching over me and our family, and his spirit is always with me.
I’m proud to be the big sister to my younger (but taller) sister, and every day I pray for God’s protection over her and her son, my nephew. I strive to support them in any way I can.

Hobbies and Interests:
This isn’t a dating profile so hopefully I don’t start getting inquiries from men in my DM highlighting their shared interests. 🤣
In my spare time, you can often find me immersed in a good book. I like a little escapism. I enjoy playing cards, board games, video games, and puzzles, as well as hiking, cycling, traveling, and diving into arts and crafts. For a few years I got to live out my childhood motorsports dream and I also found out I was pretty good at CQB Airsoft. Ya gotta dig through the archives for this content 😉
Sí, Oui, Ndio, Tha, Yebo
I’ve been diligently reacquainting myself with two languages I learned as a child and in college, and over the past few years, I’ve added a few new ones. My goal is to speak several languages confidently—or as I tell my students, “Enough to get myself into and out of trouble!”
Inquisitive Mind
I’m a student of genealogy, world religions, and business. Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by butterflies, trees, landscapes, and certain animals, and I’m naturally drawn to seek them out. For over 30 years, I’ve incorporated butterflies into logos and themes, and I even have a tattoo of one in honor of my late father.
Body and Soul
I’ve committed to swimming and hitting the gym a few times per week. I love dancing and singing along to music, especially from the 1970s and 1980s. My students know I’m always down for some classic rock, metal, Hip Hop, EDM, pop, or R&B, but I also love and appreciate jazz, blues, country, and classical music. A good gospel song makes my soul sway.
As a “foodie,” I enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes. Whether it’s global cuisine or a twist to the classic PB&J or grilled cheese, I’m ready for the experience. So, yes, you can break bread with me spiritually and literally. Speaking of spiritually…

Spiritually
I’ve been a believer in Christ since birth, though my faith has wavered at times. Following my own desires led to heartache, but by God’s grace, I’ve made it through life’s challenges. My successes are His will, and my failures come from fear and not following Him. I’m a work in progress, striving daily to be more loving and compassionate, knowing my spiritual growth shapes who I am professionally. Through my faith, I aim to connect with everyone—believers, non-believers, and those in between—by sharing love and grace. I’m not here to convert but to encourage treating all people with the dignity and care we desire for ourselves. No one is beyond God’s love, and I hope my work inspires others to share love freely, regardless of background or beliefs.
